Refund policy

  • Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged/defective items
  • If a size exchange isn’t possible due to stock unavailability, you will receive a gift card for the order value.

Pickup & Processing

  • Once accepted, pickups happen within 24–48 hours.
  • If pickup fails twice, customers must send the item to our warehouse.
  • After quality check, exchanges take 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are in the form of gift cards, valid for 12 months and only redeemable on threadori.com

Conditions for Returns-

  • No visible wear, perfume, stains, or damage
  • Must be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set)
  • No tampering or alteration unless defective
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our conditions

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All prepaid orders are final.
  • COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No monetary refunds. Refunds are in the form of Threadori gift cards only.
