At Threadori, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD fee may be applicable

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted or delivery fails, it may be returned to us.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders may be verified via call or message before dispatch

  • Please ensure availability at the provided contact number

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD on future orders

7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
